On Wednesday, May 9th, 2001, over twenty military, intelligence, government, corporate and scientific witnesses came forward at the National Press Club in Washington DC, to establish the reality of UFOs or extraterrestrial vehicles, extraterrestrial life forms, and resulting advanced energy and propulsion technologies. The weight of this first-hand testimony, along with supporting government documentation and other evidence, will establish without any doubt the reality of these phenomena, according to Dr. Steven M. Greer, director of the Disclosure Project, which hosted the event.

The recorded testimony of scores of military, government and other witnesses to Unidentified Flying Objects and Extraterrestrial events and projects from around the world establishes the existence of a UFO/Extraterrestrial presence on and around Earth. This recorded testimony consists of dozens of first-hand, often top-secret witnesses to UFO and Extraterrestrial events, internal UFO-related government projects and covert activities, space-based weapons programs, Extraterrestrial Intelligence, and covert, reverse-engineered energy and propulsion system projects.

The technologies that are of an Extraterrestrial origin, when publicly released within a planned transition period, will provide solutions to global environmental and security challenges.

These numerous recorded witnesses constitute only a small portion of a vast pool of identified present or former military, intelligence, corporate, aviator, flight control, law enforcement officers, scientists and other witnesses, who will come forward when subpoenaed to testify at Congressional hearings. Without a grant of immunity releasing them from their security oaths, many such unimpeachable witnesses fear to speak out.

The legislation will ban space-based weapons and will help to transform the terrestrial war industry into a world cooperative military (without space weapons), civil, and commercial space industry This will provide unprecedented benefits and opportunities to all on Earth and in space.

Richard Dolan, leading author in the field will give a presentation on UFOs and National Security. Lloyd Pye will also be attending with information about the enigmatic Starchild skull. The exopolitical question as a whole has not received any official attention in this region of the world, however, this is all about to change. Antony Jackson, a British ex-pat living in Honduras and proxy director of the new initiative had this to say:

“The blatant lack of any real official investigation into this arena leaves private citizens with little choice but to take such grassroots action. It’s quite clear to those who have bothered to research the available evidence that we are being interacted with as a species by other non-terrestrial and highly intelligent beings. This is not conjecture or speculation.

The fact that concerned citizens have to make the move forward with issues that will potentially affect our global community just goes to show you how much of a ‘hot potato’ this really is. It seems that most global governments are not willing to deal with this reality, some even outright denying the entire body of evidence.

The time has come to raise this issue into the annals of official policy creation, to press on the importance of such a reality and to work together as a global community to usher in a new exopolitical age. Getting governments to address the exopolitical issue is however, just the beginning.”

Jackson, a businessman living in Tegucigalpa states, “the exopolitical effort being set up in Honduras is key to bringing Central America into the extraterrestrial debate.” He goes on to say, “and until a Honduran national is willing to step in to replace me and deal with the logistics involved in strengthening this network, then let’s just say that I’ve got my work cut out for me here.”

The Exopolitics team in Honduras are in the process of contacting politicians within the Honduran cabinet and offering them an informed look into what’s been going on behind closed doors for the last 60 years. Testimony and documentation are just a part of the information that they’ll be presenting to officials.

Since the end of World War II there has been at least some official knowledge that our airspace, our planet and ultimately our global community has been interacting with intelligent beings, the likes of who, did not originate here on earth.

For the last 60 years denial has been the only official government policy on this issue, laced with a dash of ridicule and an extra helping of scorn. The fact that we, as a species, are having some form of continued contact with a race or races from another world or possibly even other star systems is earth-shattering. To attempt to coverup this fact is nothing short of unconscionable.

What could turn out to be the most fundamental moment in the history of the human race, and through the last five or six decades most people were too worried about others making fun of them to even mention it, let alone to demand the truth. That’s some hardcore conditioning right there.

Arthur Schopenhauer was a German philosopher who died in 1860. His statement above, that ALL truth passes through three stages can be applied and examined on the issue of a non E.T. Disclosure.

For years this whole subject was taboo, even the mention of the possibility of space faring beings visiting planet earth would encounter raised eyebrows or swift subject change. At some point this taboo turned into ridicule. My best guess is that the media had a large hand in that transformation. The way in which the media report on said issues is appalling, and has been for a long, long time. However, it now seems that we are quickly coming to the end of that era, or perhaps it has even already passed.

More and more concerned people are waking up to the mounting evidence and the self-conscious notion that one can be laughed at for talking of such controversial topics is or has ceased. The subject of whether or not we are alone in the universe, or we have been visited or we are being interacted with is now one of the most widely talked about topics in the world. Public opinion year after year is growing, major polls can attest to this. So with people starting to take seriously the fact that we could well have cosmic brothers and sisters out there, will it be long before the violent opposition begins?

There is no doubt that people have already callously been killed to keep this whole issue under wraps. Witness testimony can corroborate this. So do we already find ourselves in the era of violent opposition? If so, how long will it last and how many more people are to lose their God given right to breath the free air of earth to keep a growing secret from the mass of humanity?

If the current growing momentum for this collaborative network continue as they are at present, then the grassroots backbone that is already in place, can only be strengthened further.

This network will not cease until there is formal acknowledgement by the U.S. and other governments of the extraterrestrial presence engaging the planet. The disclosure process; private and public efforts to bring about disclosure since 1947, which intensified in 1991 with the end of the Cold War, is an effort by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide to learn the truth, aide in ushering in a new age of global awareness and to essentially have the REAL truth be told.

1: the art or science of government as concerned with creating and maintaining governmental policy toward extraterrestrial-related phenomena and extraterrestrial beings.
2: exopolitical actions, practices, or policies.

4: the total complex of relations between the human race and non-human, intelligent beings.

The importance of this network is unquestionable. Failure to act upon such reasoning can only lead to further downward spiralling of our global community. The message that the Exopolitical World Network carries is a fundamental building block in the path to the future of the human race as a whole.

After all, who really believes that we are all alone in this vast black ocean of space, especially after examining all the evidence that points to the contrary.

Coverage of the event was streamed live through CNN’s web-site, with local and national media attention being distinctly better than previous years. The panel of speakers were relatively mixed, but all well learned in their respective fields.

Author and historian Richard Dolan was on top form, and news about the next instalment of his book was welcomed by interested attendees. Edgar Mitchell, sixth man to walk on the moon had some important messages relating to issues presented, calling upon the United States government to disclose the extraterrestrial presence. Dr. Mitchell, a staunch advocate of disclosure, is also the founder of The Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS), a non-profit organisation that conduct and sponsor leading-edge research into the potentials and powers of consciousness.

During the so called ‘after-event’, which was held at the National Press Club in Washington D.C., former fighter pilot Milton Torres related his story of how he was ordered to shoot at an aircraft carrier sized UFO over England in the 1950s, with former employee at the British Ministry of Defence Nick Pope supporting his story. Alfred Webre also encouraged nations to bring up the UFO subject in the UN.

In a ground breaking section of the National Press Conference, Dr. Roger Leir presented new physical evidence of human contact with extraterrestrial beings. He was followed by metallurgist Alex Moser Ph.D. and Senior Member of Technical Staff at YTC America INC.

Executive Director of the Paradigm Research Group, Stephen Bassett, also addressed the Obama administration at the National Press Club on April 20th 2009.
